RETURN & EXCHANGE
We are pleased to offer you a full refund (or exchange) within 30 days of your purchase. Simply request a shipping label from us and send the item(s) being returned back to us in the reusable shipping bag you received it in.
If you are exchanging an item, please purchase the new item you would like, while returning the original in the reusable shipping bag you received it in. Once we receive the returned item, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment. Please allow 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday) for order processing and verification. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order from your selected option. All online orders are required to have identical billing and shipping addresses for your protection and to minimize any fraudulent transactions (unless you are using a Pay Pal account). Any orders with different shipping and billing addresses will not be processed.
DUTY & TAX
Canada - For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes -- these depend on which province the order is being shipped to. Since STOOD BRAND is a Toronto-based company, Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery as the shipment is not traversing any borders.
International - For international shipments, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes depending on your country.
PRODUCT CARE
We want you to get the maximum amount of enjoyment out of your product. In order to achieve this you must do your part by following the care instructions provided on the item itself. However, we have also know accidents can happen (spills, rips, tears, etc) and have included a link below which has care instructions along with handy tips for stain removal and mending (if you chose not to use our repair services).
